Cancellation of an already booked service will only be accepted in writing (by mail or e-mail). Cancellations received by e-mail by Canoa Berlin are only legally binding after receipt of a confirmation.

The following costs will be charged for cancellations of bookings:
For cancellations 21 to 14 days before the start of the booking period:
50% of the total price.

For cancellations within 14 days before the start of the booking period:
100% of the total price.

Special regulations due to weather conditions.
In case of thunderstorms and / or heavy rain, the organizer can postpone the tour for safety reasons. The alternate date will be determined in consultation with the customer.
